Abstract:
The global wine industry is trapped in a saturated and inefficient distribution system where traditional producers operate with razor-thin margins, navigating fragmented retail landscapes and shrinking shelf space. At the same time, millennial and Gen Z consumers demand authenticity, digital engagement, and asset-backed narratives. Face B Vinhos proposes a novel solution: build a luxury wine brand rooted in Portugal’s Bairrada terroir and powered by Bitcoin-native financial architecture and Web 3.0 tokenization capabilities.
Through on-chain bottle ownership, loyalty-based tokenization, and a Bitcoin treasury flywheel, Face B Vinhos transitions from an artisanal winery to a long-term DAO winery that HODLS wine for you to drink at the right moment with full shareholder participation. The project aims to unlock a new business category, the “on-chain wine DAO”, that preserves value through wine scarcity, community participation and Bitcoin’s asymmetric upside.
This paper outlines the guiding principles, product lines, DAO model, financial architecture, and 21-year roadmap toward full de-centralization and market transformation.
